The National Disability Insurance Scheme (or NDIS) will significantly change the way that disability services are funded and delivered across Australia. The NDIS first launched in July 2013 and has been progressively rolling out in regions across Australia since then.

The NDIS focuses on the participant, your child, and their needs across their whole life.

As a registered NDIS service provider in Ipswich, where the roll-out of the NDIS has already commenced, the InFocus team are working with families to help them prepare for their first NDIS Planning Meeting. Formerly known as Xavier Children’s Support Network, we have a long and proud history and put our children and families at the heart of everything we do. Now, as the NDIS roll-out commences in our area, we are working with families to support them.

As a registered NDIS service provider in Ipswich, we are already working with families on their NDIS pre-planning. We will soon be commencing NDIS pre-planning with our Brisbane families as the NDIS roll-out for the greater Brisbane region which will commence in July 2018. It’s expected that pre-planning will start early next year. So what is NDIS pre-planning?
