Our Team

We work together to enable children with complex disability and their families to live the best lives they can. We are a proud and passionate bunch and we put our families at the heart of everything we do. Meet some of the people who make up the Xavier team.

Richard Littler, CEO

Hi I'm Richard, the CEO of the Xavier Children’s Support Network.  Xavier has supported the needs of children with profound medical and disability needs since 1949 through a mission and vision based on catholic teachings.  We have a long and proud history that plays a huge part in the Xavier of today and in my role of guiding our organisation into a new phase. As CEO, I am passionate about supporting our stakeholders, workforce and most importantly our families. In doing this, I strive to ensure that the legacy of Xavier is honoured and respected.  I possess substantial experience in the community care sector.  Prior to joining Xavier, I worked with Centacare Brisbane and Southern Cross Care Qld.

Robyn Last, Allied Health Manager

My role at Xavier is to build our multidisciplinary allied health team so that we can provide a range of therapy supports to assist our children and young people to reach their full potential.  It’s so rewarding to see how our support enables our families and our children to give them a better quality of live.  I feel very privileged to be working alongside a very, dedicated team to ensure that our clients and their families are supported to achieve their goals. This is a really exciting time to be a part of the Xavier team. I look forward to Xavier’s exciting future and the journey ahead.

Angela Ebbage, Inclusion Advisor

I am Angela Ebbage, the Inclusion Advisor at Xavier. My role is to facilitate the safe inclusion of children with disability in mainstream childcare environments. I hold a Diploma in Children’s Services and have extensive experience in the childcare industry spanning over 20 years as a Coordinator, Area Manager and Trainer. I moved to Xavier in 2018 because we identified that there is a lack of support and information for families of children with complex disabilities about how to gain access to inclusive childcare environments. I believe that all children have a right to access childcare; to interact with peers, to learn, to grow, to play and to belong. My passion is making this a reality for children with complex disability so that they can benefit from friendships, fun and learning in a healthy and safe environment. I look forward to working with your whole family to make childcare a reality for your child.
