Our approach

Art therapy provides children and young people with a creative, welcoming space to express themselves, explore ideas and connect with others. Our art therapists support each child in ways that feel safe, thoughtful and centred on their strengths and interests. Sessions are designed so every child can take part, no matter their ability. Children’s own ideas and passions guide the creative process — building confidence, connection and a strong sense of belonging.
