Out of home support
We support teens, young adults and school leavers to get out and do more of the things that they love. Does your teenager love the beach? Are they a nature lover? Do they enjoy live music? Whatever your child is into, we'll match them with a Support Worker who shares their interests and passions.
In home support
Our in-home support makes life easier for families. Our Support Workers are trained by our Registered Nurses in the management of complex disability and health needs that can impact on the ability of children and young people to be involved in family and community life.
We can provide support for:
- personal care
- enteral feeding via PEG and nasogastric tubes
- difficulty swallowing and choking
- C Pap and Bi pap
- epilepsy & high risk of seizure
- pressure care and simple wound care
- stoma care
- allergy & epi-pen
- complex bowel care
- managing diabetes
- tracheostomy care
- catheter care
- high risk medications
- infection control
All Xavier Support Workers are trained by our Registered Nurses on the specific needs of your child.
