The team at InFocus have been providing services for children with disabilities in Ipswich (and Brisbane) for decades. InFocus, previously known as Xavier Children’s Support Network, started out back in 1951.

Now as a registered NDIS service provider in Ipswich, where the roll-out of the NDIS has already commenced, the way in which we provide our services and support is changing but our passion and dedication to provide family support for children with disabilities in Brisbane remains.

That’s why, as the NDIS roll-out commences, we are working with families to support them through their transition and help provide the best outcomes for their child and their family.

We’re working with families to help them get “NDIS ready” and to understand:

-          the NDIS process and when to start pre-planning

-          what supports they are able to access through their registered NDIS providers in Brisbane

-          how to get the best outcomes from their first NDIS plans

-          NDIS terminology and the right way to ask for supports

-          what an NDIS plan looks like
