As the COVID-19 health situation continues to change and as part of our response , we encourage our community to stay up to date with the advice issued by Queensland Health as well as the federal government. In the greater Brisbane area, the current advice is that if you are feeling unwell with cold or flu-like symptoms that you should get tested for COVID-19 and self-isolate while you wait for the results. You can find your nearest testing and fever clinic via the Queensland Health website.

- Follow strict hygiene procedures across all of our services, including at our clinics and at Xavier Place
- Where social distancing cannot be achieved (such as for close contact personal care) Xavier staff members wear face masks
- Restrictions on visitors at Xavier Place, in accordance with the Queensland Health directive
- All necessary visitors to Xavier Place are asked to wear a mask
- Outings into the community with a Support Worker follow current guidelines issued by Queensland Health
- No cancellation fees will be charged, across all services, if you need to cancel because a member of you family is unwell with cold or flu-like symptoms or you need to self-isolate
- We will provide regular and relevant updates to our community
