Services

Our approach

Our Support Workers are trained by Registered Nurses and Occupational Therapists, ensuring your child or young person receives safe, high-quality support. We’re here for your family at home and in the community — helping your child, teen or young adult get out and about, build confidence and do more of what they love. We support children and young people with physical disability and associated health needs.

Community support

We support teens, young adults and school leavers to get out and do more of the things that they love. Does your teenager love the beach? Are they a nature lover? Do they enjoy live music? Whatever your child is into, we’ll match them with a Support Worker who shares their interests and passions.

In-home support

Our in-home support makes life easier for families. Our Support Workers are trained by our Registered Nurses in the management of complex disability and health needs that can impact on the ability of children and young people to be involved in family and community life.
