Who is PRECI?

A newly formed Australian organisation, Professionals and Researchers in Early Childhood Intervention (PRECI) aims to support and develop a national research-to-practice network, focusing on young children with developmental disabilities.

PRECI connects early childhood intervention professionals and researchers: supporting knowledge sharing, collaborative research, and peer support in relation to the provision of high-quality evidence-informed early childhood intervention services.

PRECI National Conference 2024

The theme for PRECI's second national conference is Riding the Wave: Advancing Excellence and Equity in ECI. The Conference will provide Australian researchers and professionals with the opportunity to interact face-to-face with colleagues locally, nationally and internationally with a focus on integrating research and practice in early childhood intervention.

As Queensland’s peak body for children with developmental delay and Education Sponsor of the PRECI National Conference 2024, Xavier CEO Richard Littler will speak at the Conference. Richard will be seeking input from Conference attendees on:

• what could shape the future and improve outcomes for children with developmental delay and emerging developmental concerns and their families
• advancing opportunities for inclusion within mainstream settings.
