Our team are working with families to help get the right complex disability support for each child.  We’re helping them help to get “NDIS ready” so that they get a better outcome for their child from their first NDIS plans. We’re helping families prepare for their NDIS planning meeting by knowing what to expect, what to ask for and what to take along.

At InFocus, we’ve been providing support for children with complex disabilities in Brisbane since 1951. Formerly known as Xavier Children’s Support Network, we have a long and proud history and put our children and families at the heart of everything we do.

In 2018, as the disability landscape changes with the roll-out the NDIS in the greater Brisbane area and as registered NDIS providers in Brisbanewe are working with families to support them through their transition. We’re helping families to better understand the new NDIS and working towards better outcomes for their child and their family.

Are you NDIS ready? As a registered NDIS service provider in Ipswich, we are already working with families on their transition to the NDIS. In the greater Brisbane area where the roll-out will commence in July 2018, we’re working with families on their NDIS pre-planning.
